The Candidate will be responsible to maintain Data Historian application IP21 (Infoplus 21) which is used globally across multiple sites. The IP21 Service Delivery Lead will also be responsible for interfacing with the IP21 business community and other IT teams to:

1. Responsible for management of global team management and ensuring adherence to all SLAs/KPIs for IP21, and other data historian applications

2. Manage and coordinate change(s) impacting the application portfolio

3. Lead incident response efforts within service delivery for any incidents impacting the application portfolio

4. Manage overall service delivery supply (Suppliers and DuPont) to deliver against prioritized enhancement and break/fix demand

5. Communicate, socialize, and integrate change and release plans with overall release scheduler

6. Coordinate change / release testing from through operational readiness testing (ORT)

7. Provide consulting by identifying and communicating service delivery implications of changes to business process standards

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of relevant functional experience
  • Strong Knowledge of manufacturing, shop floor, and IP21 application with a mix of Honeywell PHD or Wonderware or OSI PI historians
  • Minimum of a BS degree in Chemical Engineering or Computer Science or related field
