The Project Manager CO-OP will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to various business projects and initiatives within the IFS program. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and gain practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The CO-OP will have the chance to learn from and contribute to a diverse team while gaining exposure to the field of Project Management.
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
- Assist in identifying, researching, and planning continuous improvement efforts across IFS program execution.
- Support data sourcing, research, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the development and execution of strategies and initiatives.
- Provide support in generating ideas and recommendations focused on enhancing the FA experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and organizational alignment.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings to communicate project plans, goals, and progress.
- Contribute to regular status reports and updates for stakeholders and sponsors.
- Support the creation of presentations and data-driven reports.
- Ability to tackle multiple projects at once, adhering to different timelines and working with many cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and consistency within each project
- Ability to develop effective presentations that help tell a story and present an idea/recommendation to leaders in an efficient and effective manner
- Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem-solving and conflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult-to-solve challenges
Intern Program Outline
- Co-op will spend 2 rotations/semesters working full-time at Delta Fall 2024 and Summer 2025
- Undergraduate students in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field

- Proficient in using PC software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Smartsheet and Power BI experience a plus.

- Detailed-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage time.
