In this role, you will report to IT Director based in Korea. As part of a highly-diverse and technically-adept team with colorful backgrounds, you will be able to experience new technologies as the key enabler of P&G's growth.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Business intelligence solution: Develop and operate integrated central data platform and business dashboards (mainly made by Microsoft Power BI) based on the business needs and activate the usage of the dashboards in each business group to enable faster & better decision making.
• Retail technology: Fully leverage Retail technologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Merchandising activities and in-store executions for P&G brands and products.
• Digital organization: Drive work process digitization and automation to improve productivity especially in Sales, Marketing and Product-Supply departments by eliminating or minimizing manual work process and flow.
• IT project management: Lead and deliver technology-driven projects by involving local and global partners.
• IT operations: Lead IT operation optimization and minor system change requests to meet business needs with agility whilst ensuring zero critical system issue.

• Quickly understand current business process (as-is) and draw an ideal end statement (to-be), improving company’s success measures such as sales growth and productivity.
• Able to design and develop right architecture, database, and application.
• Perform with operational excellence for IT systems with zero critical business impact due to system issue.
• Complete project in excellence through leadership.
• Own the business results that are enabled by IT interventions or solutions you make.

Job Qualifications

• Experience with IT application & integration (website, mobile app, API build/connect) and/or work process automation using digital tools.
• Programming skills (ex/ C, Java, Python) or ability to read and write SQL.
• Understanding in 1) Cloud infrastructure (ex/ Azure, AWS), 2) Security and/or 3) Network.
• Experience in managing business intelligence projects such as 1) Data transformation using ETL tool, 2) Database management (ex/ Azure, SQL) and/or 3) Visualization (ex/ Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience in managing IT projects and/or IT system operations is a plus.
• Business proficiency in English and Korean.
• Korean citizenship or F4 Visa
