The Boeing Company is seeking motivated and talented Electromagnetic Effects Certified TEMPEST Professional Level II (CTP-II) Test, Design and Analysis Engineers to join The Boeing Electrical Engineering Core Group.
This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Expert, Consultant, and Senior Consultant Level Electromagnetic Effects Certified TEMPEST Professional Level II (CTP-II) Test, Design and Analysis Engineers.

The engineer will be responsible for developing procedures, plans, and the execution of various TEMPEST activities for various systems on a multitude of air and space platforms recognized around the world. The engineer will also support the EMI/EMC qualification of products being developed throughout Boeing. This position is for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop new solutions, help grow and mentor the next generation of engineers, and guide the candidates’ career towards the submittal of a candidacy for a position in the Boeing Technical Fellowship.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, engineering physics or physics. (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' experience in an engineering classification. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Consultant (Level 5):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, engineering physics or physics. (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 12 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years' experience in an engineering classification. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Senior Consultant (Level 6):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, engineering physics or physics. (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 18 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 15 or more years' experience in an engineering classification. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility and also a possible Sign-On bonus if qualified.

Summary pay range for Expert level: $109,650 - 148,350
Summary pay range for Consultant: $135,150 - 182,850
Summary pay range for Senior Consultant: $164,900 - 223,100
Oklahoma Tax Credit:
If you have an engineering degree from an ABET accredited college or university in Oklahoma and are not currently working in the aerospace sector in Oklahoma, you may qualify for a $5000 tax credit from the state of Oklahoma for up to five years. Click here for more information on the tax credit.
