Position Summary

As Huron continues to grow, there is a need in our Education and Research practice for a Marketing Automation subject matter expert with working, applicable knowledge of Marketing Cloud. This role will work closely with the Education and Research Industry lead, Marketing Technology Practice Lead, and other key members to develop marketing and engagement solutions to meet the needs of our Education customers. These solutions will predominantly, but not exclusively, be focused around the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite. The role will involve both scoping and developing projects, as well as leading projects as a Solution Architect for Educational institutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide Industry Expertise on Marketing Cloud projects specific to Education-focused projects
• SME for Education on Marketing-focused projects (Strategy, Capacity Services, Implementations, etc.)
• Solution Architect lead on MC implementations
• Scope MC-focused projects (Business-development)
• Define deliverables
• Define project steps/phases
• Define resourcing needs

Skills:

• Deep understanding of how the Education industry functions as it relates to Marketing, Communications, and Engagement.
• Knowledge of Student Success, Enrollment, and Central Marketing functions at universities. Advancement experience a plus
• Ability to define scope of work focused on Marketing Cloud/Marketing Automation
