This is your new job:
- Support the Industrial Manager to shape the industrial strategy and creation of project proposals (OPRs)
- Drive and lead industrial projects according to PMI standards (BCAM fast track) including transfers, cost down and optimization
- Drive and lead industrial engineering projects including competitor benchmark analysis, yield improvements or Design of Experiment (DOEs)
- Responsible of maintenance and optimization of the ssMOS industrial database including front-end, back-end and product related data and costs
- Support or lead (if needed) product crisis/alerts teams involving external (foundries) and internal resources (fabs and back-end)
This is you:
- University degree (PhD, Masters, or Diploma) in Physics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductors, ideally as product or process engineer
- Knowledge of semiconductor products, ideally Trench MOS technology
- Knowledge of Assembly and Test for Discrete Semiconductors
- Strong data analysis skill and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and professional experience in multicultural environment
- Good team player
- Open to travel (max. 5%)
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written), German or Chinese is a plus
This is your department and colleagues:
You will be part of the Industrial ssMOS Team in our Business Group MOS and you will have test and product engineers and front-end / back-end experts as colleagues. You will work in close cooperation with Development and Manufacturing Departments (depending on which task) including internal and external suppliers if needed. You might be part of strategic teams/workstreams inside BG MOS, as ssMOS representative. You will report to the ssMOS Industrial Manager.
