Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a SDE who has delivered distributed systems on AWS infrastructure. You will be responsible for system design, development, code reviews, peer mentoring, release processes, and system monitoring. The SDE partners with other engineers, product managers, and data science teams to develop new data-driven capabilities delivering process automation and performance optimization. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with excellent attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
About the team
Metrics Engineering teams mission is to create in-house collection/storage that empowers marketers to invest in high value initiatives. The products built will provide high quality data, while raising the bar on security and customer data privacy.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
