Position Overview:

Beyond Limits is a cutting-edge technology company at the forefront of AI and machine learning. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Annotation Manager to lead our data collection and management efforts for a wide range of tasks for the AI team. As a Data Annotation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality and effectiveness of our AI systems. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities 

• Lead the collection of diverse data types, including speech, text, images, videos, and other forms of data relevant to various AI tasks. 
• Manage the end-to-end data pipeline, from data collection and annotation to standardizing output formats to ensure compatibility with AI models. 
• Build and lead a team of data specialists to execute data collection tasks efficiently and with high quality. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members. 
• Identify and engage with freelancers worldwide to assist in data collection efforts when necessary. Manage and coordinate their contributions to meet project requirements. 
• Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data. Continuously monitor data quality and make improvements as needed. 
• Stay up to date with the latest data management tools and technologies and leverage them to optimize data collection and management processes. 
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical standards in all data collection and management activities, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, engineers, and product managers, to align data collection efforts with project goals and requirements. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• At least 7 years hands-on experience. 
• Advanced Degree in relevant concentration.
• Proven experience in data management, preferably in a role involving diverse data types and AI-related tasks. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. 
• Experience in hiring and managing freelancers from around the world.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of data ethics and compliance standards.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and industry trends.
