Position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our Talent & Culture team.

What You’ll be Doing

• Responsible for the smooth execution of all HR paperwork and operational processes
• Provide comprehensive support to new hires during their onboarding experience
• Maintain accurate and current HR records, and prepare reports on demand
• Effectively manage the onboarding journey of all incoming employees
• Foster collaboration with various departments to ensure cohesive application of HR policies and practices
• Provide valuable support to the recruitment process, contributing to the search for top-tier talent.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Strong social skills. We work with people. We need to understand their needs and expectations as no one can.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments and multitask when required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using MS Office software.
• Good command of English language, both written and spoken (preferred).
