Ferring+You

The “Business Delivery Lead” represents the Business with regards to the build and deployment of their respective Functional Domain.

They work in conjunction with an IT Solution counterpart within the “2-in-a-box” construct to build and deploy the most fit-for-purpose solution for their “Functional Domain”, within the frame of the new ERP and its connecting ecosystem, from a process, functional content, master data, analytics, integration, controls (etc etc..) perspective.

Your day at Ferring

During SAP Group Reporting & SAP GRDC development:

  • Collaborate harmoniously with their IT Solution Delivery Lead counterpart to ensure all elements (Business & IT) are considered in the final solution.
  • Ensure the final solution represents the needs of their business stakeholders ranging from the GPO to Business SME’s.
  • Lead the build and deployment of the solution from a business perspective.
  • Liaise with the GPO to drive process standardization & global template alignment.
  • Throughout the duration of the project ensure alignment with all key stakeholders within appropriate E2E Process team, ranging from the GPA to SME’s.
  • Provide on-going Status Update and updates to the L2 plans working in conjunction with the PMO,
  • Manage priorities, activities and capacity of their Team (Business SME’s/Contributors).
  • Monitor and manage dependencies with other Functional Domains.
  • Monitor and manage Risks & Issues for their domain.
  • Contribute/ Review all related deliverables contributing to the Explore & Realise Template Phases (Key Design Decisions, Design Documents, Process Flows, RICEFW….) including preparation of Training Needs Analysis.
  • Review and sign off template training content.
  • Work with the Master Data Enabling Team to ensure all Master Data elements within the solution are fit-for-purpose.

During SAP Group Reporting & SAP GRDC deployment:

  • Liaise with the Release Deployment Manager in terms of activity management and planning for the respective functional domain.
  • Lead sessions with local impacted teams, mainly Consolidation & reporting and coordinate the identification and resolution of Requirements, Gaps and Deviations.
  • Support/Lead the entire deployment process ranging from the leading Fit-to-Template workshops up until User Acceptance Testing and business cut-over.
  • Assist the GPO and Organization Design Lead in implementing organizational changes in respective areas.

After SAP Group Reporting & SAP GRDC deployment:

  • Lead the ongoing support of the tool in collaboration with IT.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the tool & related functionalities.
  • Develop with C&R team new requests to incorporate to IFRS & legal requirements ( excple Globe etc).
  • Participate to C&R projects.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

  • Strong business knowledge of consolidation & Finance transactional processes and Management accounting practices in an Industry environment.
  • Prior experience of ERP implementation programs & Consolidation tool.
  • Prior experiences working with SAP would be a great asset.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with the entire Organization.
  • Project Management competences.
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
