About the Role:

We are looking for a top talent Financial Controller who will join the Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing various accounting aspects of the company, working closely with the Head of Finance of the Israeli company as well as other colleagues from the Global company. You will support new financial systems and processes implementations and lead the finance department to meet publicly traded company’s standards.

You Will:

  • Manage and oversee the company’s Technical Accounting aspects such as Revenue, COGS, Cash, Clients’ funds, etc.
  • Support and review the preparation of the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the parent company, according to US GAAP.
  • Support and review the preparation of local statutory reports and local tax reports.
  • Support new financial systems integration and procedures implementation according to the global company standards and requirements.
  • Perform and review SOX controls for the relevant business process.
  • Support the SOX implementation process for the entire company.
  • Lead the implementation of Financial and accounting policies across the organization.
  • Coordinate the provision of information to the parent company for the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
  • Working with the company’s external auditors, tax advisors, and other consultants
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary.

You Have:

  • CPA with Big 4 experience - Must
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in a high-tech company - Must 
  • Working experience in a publicly traded company- Advantage
  • Working experience in global corporate and/or global environment- Advantage
  • Proven experience with SOX regulation
  • Experience in financial system implementation and financial procedure integration.
  • A hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize workload.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Working experience in a Fintech company- Advantage
  • Experience with NetSuite- Advantage
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
