At Front, our mission is to help people work happier. In the “Workflows” pod, we drive happiness through Front's powerful rules system, which helps users to automate repetitive tasks, intelligently assign conversations and even allows customers to build their own robust no-code integrations.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers and other engineers to deliver on our product roadmap, turning rough specs into features that we can leverage in our rules engine.
  • Find elegant solutions to usability problems.
  • Ramp on new web technologies that will make Front better.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Product-minded: committed to building the best user experience.
  • 3+ years of industry experience working on complex software systems. 
  • Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones, e.g. Node.js ES6, TypeScript, React.
  • Understand the trade-offs between different engineering solutions when solving a problem, value pragmatism over idealism.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
  • Full professional English proficiency.

Hybrid: This position requires being in-office 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
