DUTIES

• Specification, selection and purchase of process equipment including but not limited to: pumps, heat exchangers, pressure relief devices, gas compressors, gas cleaning equipment, and deoxidizers.
• Develop process facility design, review, bid, and support installation of project work package to

scope and specifications.

• Pipeline sizing and specification.
• Perform fluid flow (gas and water) calculations and pressure safety valves.
• Select process equipment, mechanical equipment, and piping.
• Develop process flow diagrams and material balances.
• Develop, review, and refine project P&IDs.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Five (5) plus years of experience in process and / or mechanical engineering.
• Experience developing process engineering efforts on projects.
• Ability to develop PFDs, Material Balances, P&IDs, process simulations, datasheets and calculations.
