What is the role?

Conde Nast is looking for an experienced B2B marketing leader to help us scale our membership products for Vogue and Architectural Digest and explore launching other B2B membership products for other brands within the portfolio.

You will have a well-rounded skill set, seamlessly switching from P&L management to marketing and advertising feedback. You will also be a master collaborator, managing stakeholders up, down, and across the marketing organization while influencing cross-functional partners including Editorial, Product & Engineering, and Events, among others. Finally, you will be a leader, mentoring your team of 3 while serving as a subject matter expert to the enterprise.

Success will be measured by member and revenue growth with the “how” results were achieved as important as the numbers.

What are the key duties and responsibilities?

  • Develop a deep understanding of our global B2B membership aspirations (member and revenue targets) and competitive advantage, then develop, articulate, and drive strategy to achieve those aspirations.
  • Plan yearly and monthly budgets in cooperation with Finance and media managers.
  • Utilize cross-functional input to evolve existing product features, pricing, tiers, placement, and promotion to create a sustainable growth environment.
  • Orchestrate experimentation plans across key channels and products to drive visibility and acquisition.
  • Partner with the Events team to refine the role of events and field marketing campaigns in customer journey. 
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketers and promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust and performance.

What are the criteria expected for success?

  • 8+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably with an emphasis on software-as-a-service (SAAS) or subscription businesses for small/medium size businesses (where sale is done without sales force)
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, managing 3+ direct reports
  • Proven track record of exceeding member/subscribers and revenue growth targets 
  • Fluency in data and financial analysis to drive strategy and planning
  • Optimism and a desire to live the Conde Code

Base Salary: $96,000 - $190,000
