Responsibilities:

• Analyze significant accounts to ensure financial postings are accurate;
• Prepare monthly financial reconciliations in accordance with U.S. GAAP;
• Assist in the monthly closing process by preparing journal entries and analysis;
• Maintain the Corporate general ledger and prepare financial statements as required for various subsidiary companies;
• Maintain fixed asset schedules, record depreciation and reconcile to general ledger.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors, as required;
• Interact with outside organizations such as banks, insurance companies, etc.;
• Assist Management in implementation of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
• Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience a plus
