The Ops Sup Sr. Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, escalation and resolution of aged outstanding items in general ledger, support strategic initiatives, and ensuring team and processes are operating in compliance with prescribed policies and procedures to reduce risk to Citi and its clients. Additionally, the Ops Sup Sr. Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Production role as a Senior Analyst in the Financial Services Investigations team. Responsible for monitoring production work of daily general ledger investigations to ensure outstanding differences are cleared timely, adherence to financial controls geared to reduce financial risk to balance sheet and ensuring financial entry accuracy. Team responsibility includes clearing general ledger breaks within the Commercial and Consumer deposit and lending product processor systems such as Custom, AFS, Eclipse IM/ST, ALS. Responsible for management of the master ABA account with the Federal reserve and settlement with internal partner businesses as well as management of GL and DDA balances related to other domestic bank partnerships such as Wells Fargo, and US Bank. Further expectations include assisting with projects, system conversions and strategic initiatives.
