Who will you be working with?

Collaborate closely with local Railway customers, Field Services department contacts, SISCO Engineering Teams, and the local Sales Team. Engage in regular communication and coordination with colleagues to ensure seamless support and service delivery.

How will you make a difference?

As a Field Service Technician for Metro/Public Railway Business, you play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective technical support and problem-solving. Your insights and recommendations contribute to potential sales leads, ensuring the continuous high-level satisfaction of customers with WABTEC brands, products, and services.

What do we want to know about you?

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering
  • over 5 years of experience in product engineering, technical support, or maintenance services.

Your technical knowledge of Railway platforms and systems, proactive problem-solving attitude, and strong customer orientation are essential.

Proficiency in Turkish and English, along with flexibility for regular travel, are key requirements.

What will your typical day look like?

Your day involves being the primary technical contact for local Railway customers, conducting regular visits, and addressing technical support requests.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for customer issues, participate in product presentations, and support the Sales Team in preparing customer offers.

Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, resolve disputes, and conduct product repairs.

Your proactive approach and technical expertise will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of WABTEC in the Railway industry.

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

Successful candidates will be employed under local employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations.
