Your Mission

At UiPath, a global leader in AI Powered Enterprise Automation, we are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to join our team. As an SAP Enterprise Architect at UiPath, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, architectural leadership, and sales support for the design and integration of SAP and UiPath solutions in customer environments. As an SAP Enterprise Architect at UiPath, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to design and implement SAP and UiPath solutions that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and digital transformation. You will provide expert guidance in aligning technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring optimal integration and utilization of SAP and UiPath platforms. Your role will involve working with sales teams to showcase the value proposition of our integrated solutions, addressing customer requirements, and driving successful outcomes.

What you'll do at UiPath

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for integrating SAP and UiPath solutions.
• Stay aligned with industry trends and developments relevant to the assigned industry vertical team, providing insights and recommendations on how SAP and UiPath solutions can address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in architecting and designing SAP and UiPath solutions that address customer needs and maximize the value of both platforms.
• Lead the creation of solution blueprints, technical designs, and integration strategies for SAP S/4, SAP BTP, Other SAP LOB Solutions and/ or UiPath implementations.
• Support sales teams in pre-sales activities by delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to showcase the benefits and capabilities of SAP and UiPath integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of SAP and UiPath solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in SAP strategy and direction for ERP and LOB solutions including SAP BTP, Enterprise Automation, and AI to drive innovation and provide thought leadership.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the field presales and specialist teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with UiPath product management and development teams to provide feedback and insights for product enhancements and improvements based on customer requirements and experiences.
• Participate in industry conferences, events, and user groups to network and share knowledge with peers and stay current with industry best practices.

What you'll bring to the team

• You possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP architecture, design, and implementation, with a solid understanding of UiPath or other automation platforms.
• Ideally you are ex SAP BTS, ex SAP BTP, ex SAP Consulting/Services or professionals working within the SAP Partner Ecosystem with 10-15 years of SAP related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP and other SAP LOB Solutions, as well as SAP integration technologies.
• Practitioner level experience in understanding what it takes to move from ECC to S/4 and has overseen large S/4 transformations with SAP BTP and other supporting technology platforms.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Business Automation Platform and its integration with SAP systems.
• Be across the emerging areas of AI at work as it relates to productivity gains in customer environments and specifically within the context of SAP and UiPath combined capabilities.
• Proven experience in successfully designing and implementing SAP S/4, SAP BTP and/or UiPath integration solutions in customer environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in SAP architecture and/ or UiPath RPA are highly desirable.
• Fluent Japanese and English speaker.
