職務内容

アカウントエグゼクティブ (Mid-Market) は、指定された一連の企業アカウント内で 、Tableau 製品の販売を促進し、販売目標を上回ることをめざします。この役割は、販売機会の調査、リード管理、見極め、製品デモ、評価、契約締結、アカウントケアを含む営業プロセスのあらゆる段階を管理します。このポジションは、営業チーム全体の成功に不可欠な役割を果たす、目標達成型の営業ポジションです。

職務内容の例

  • 担当地域/業界において、アカウント営業プランを定めて実行し、販売機会の調査、見極め、管理、契約締結を行い目標 以上の販売を行う
  • 営業パイプラインの開拓と管理 – 新規セールスの可能性を予測/評価しながら、営業パイプラインを通じて大量の取引を同時に処理する
  • CRM システムで顧客情報と取引情報を管理、追跡する
  • 販売サイクルを通じてリソースを管理する (製品サポートやセールスエンジニアリングを含む)
  • 見込み顧客に最初の製品デモや一般的なサポートを提供する
  • 顧客アカウント内で会社の関係を深め、拡大する
  • CRM システムを通じてパイプラインと予測を定期的に報告する
  • 競合について、競争上の課題や製品に関する最新情報の収集に努める
  • マネージメント、顧客、サポートスタッフとの効果的で優れたコミュニケーションを維持する
  • 戦略設定や営業トレーニング、マーケティング活動、カスタマーケアを含むチーム育成や企業成長のための活動に参加する
  • 顧客を訪問して営業活動を支援する

この職務に必要とされる条件

  • 経験者 学位または同等の関連経験が必要です。 経験は、その役割の中核となる能力に基づいて評価されます(例:課外指導者の役割、軍事経験、ボランティアの役割、勤務経験など)。
  • 専門知識 中堅向けのソリューション営業経験を有する方。また、過去に中堅カスタマーを担当したご経験を有する方、並びに SaaS ソリューションの販売経験者。
  • 常に高い基準を達成する方 目標、大量の取引、活動レベル (電話、デモ、会議など) を含む販売目標を常に上回る成果を達成する方。
  • 細部まで配慮できる方 細部とプロセスに配慮できる方。
  • 積極的で向上心のある方 新規ビジネス開拓、創出へ対する興味をお持ちであり、ご自身の担当地域、顧客におけるビジネスを最大化したいと考えている方。強い勤労意欲と倫理観を持って自主的に行動し、臨機応変に対応できる方。
  • コミュニケーション能力の高い方 必要なことを、適切な表現で伝えられる方。日本語が堪能であることは必須条件です。
  • 技術的な知識のある方 Google Workspace, Slackのスキルが必須。Salesforce.com (http://salesforce.com/) ,TableauまたはBI製品に関する実務的な知識があると尚可

What you’ll be doing …

The Account Executive (Mid-Market) is responsible for driving sales of Tableau products within a specified set of Enterprise accounts, exceeding sales objectives. This role leads all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, product demonstrations, evaluation, close and account care. This is a quota‐carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include …

  • Define and complete territory sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, leading, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory
  • Develop and lead sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
  • Lead and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering
  • Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers
  • Champion and expand the company’s relationship with customer accounts within the geographic territory
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system
  • Stay ahead of the competition, driven issues and products
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff
  • Participate in team‐building and company‐growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.

Who you are…

  • Experienced. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the strengths you'll need (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Relentlessly High Standards. Consistent overachievement of sales goals, including quotas, high transactional volume, and activity levels (calls, demos, meetings, etc.)
  • Amazing Salesperson. You have a desire, even an obsession, to bring/expand customers into the Tableau franchise and improve revenue. You can develop and lead a sales pipeline with a proven track record of handling and closing a large number of transactions simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented. Detail and process-oriented
  • Go-Getter. You are willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Technically Savvy. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack is required. Working knowledge of Tableau or equivalent is preferred.
  • Effective Communicator. You are clear and persuasive in verbal and written Japanese communications with highly effective use of email and telephone to business standards. You are comfortable reading and writing in English.
