Then, the Future Finance Leaders Program at P&G is for you! It is managerial development program and intensive preparation for a business management role in duration of 6 to 12 months. Main intention is to provide you permanent managerial position upon successful completion of the program. As a build from within company, we find our Trainees the best pipeline of talent for our permanent positions.

During the program, you will contribute to our business development and decision-making process, gaining exposure to current business challenges like fast-growing channels (discounters, e-commerce) and customer reality.
