Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with, natural sales instincts and technical aptitude to lead our hybrid-based sales team of Business Development Representatives, working in close collaboration with our Mid-Market team.

Your primary focus will be on developing your team to over-achieve pipeline-generation targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales, based in EU

We support hybrid working schedule.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly targets of pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Ensure the collaboration between the BDR team and Mid-Market is successful
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed their objectives through deal coaching, sales skills, product skills training and regular communication of results
  • Work with Marketing to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity with proper closed-loop metric reporting
  • Report on team and individual results: pipeline creating on progression, conversion rates, and billings attainment
  • Work with our internal sales operations team members on reporting. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity
  • Develop the team for the next step in their careers

Minimum Qualifications

  • You must be fluent in Arabic a
  • We require experience managing people to achieve performance goals, for an outbound sales team- 5+ years
  • Extensive and proven experience in sales, preferably in enterprise applications, with a experience with over-achievement of quota expectations
  • Your prior inside sales experience a plus with a strong desire to be in technology sales
  • Strong metrics and analytical orientation, Salesforce experience is highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You need to possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework
  • Be visionary, open-minded and adaptive in your leadership approach
