The Role

You will join 1 or several projects where you are part of the project management team to see several aspects of the project. What projects? That depends on the business needs at that moment. For example, now we are working on a Disaster Recovery project to build the organizations ability to restore access and functionality to IT infrastructure after a disaster event.

You will support the program manager on the performance for managing scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. The prime responsibility of the project team is to deliver a service that meets the requirements.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Setup of runbook for Disaster Recovery tests and support and execute the Disaster Recovery tests with the team.
• Review of current Forecast process and coordinate with EMEA/PMO and PM’s and optimize the process.
• ServiceNow has options to create dashboards. Gather current options and best practices and share those with PM’s in a demo.
• Setup of cookbook for PM’s.
• Enabling their teams to function successfully, that is to remove obstacles and impediments.
• Support of an Agile Scrummaster and support and lead the Scrum ceremonies.
• Setup of Retrospective meeting and gather improvements and setup a plan and implement the improvements.
