Responsibilities:

• Credit Management:
• Approval of customer orders based on the risk analysis on receivables & customer credit limit/insurance management.
• Providing necessary information on financial/customer issues to the Senior Management and supporting the business operations
• Maintaining a continuous relationship with the customer, responsible for the control, tracking and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Ensure that Days Sales Outstanding (DSOs) & Corporate guidelines are maintained within globally set targets by monitoring collection and initiate actions to recover debts.
• Trade Budget Management:
• Monitoring, tracking and analysis of budget expenditure.
• Providing variance analysis between actuals vs forecast, obtaining valid explanations for variances
• Controlling of sales and managing trade budget elements within defined contractual terms.
• Active involvement in monthly closing; ensuring correct Trade spend provisions.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• At least 2 years’ experience in financial & business control, Reporting, & Planning functions (preferably Credit Control) and basic accounting knowledge is essential
• FMCG experience is desirable
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Turkish
• MS Office (advanced Excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adhere to a specific process and facilitate requests to meet specific deadlines through effective time management
• Ability to bring creativity to the position, while striving for continuous improvement
• The ability to respect deadlines and can multitask
• High level of professional maturity and sensitivity to compliance and ethical values
