Are you passionate about managing risk within a forward-thinking organisation? Do you want to be part of a committed and collaborative team? You could be our new Risk Management Specialist in Business Risk & Controls.
You will join the Business Risk & Controls (BRC) division within Technology & Services (T&S), supporting all risk-related agendas in T&S. BRC comprises five teams, and you will be part of a dedicated team of nine in Governance & Methodology.
In this role, you will assist T&S teams in ensuring compliance with our Group Non-financial Risk Framework by effectively engaging internal stakeholders. This includes providing feedback on policies and instructions, conducting in-depth analysis on specific risk topics, and developing implementation strategies for new risk and control framework requirements. You will collaborate with T&S units to ensure that risk remediation efforts are managed effectively.
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with the flexibility of working from home up to two days per week. Please note, this role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates not residing in Lithuania.

You will:
- Collaborate with teammates and other internal stakeholders to develop methodologies and guidelines for T&S units to manage risks effectively
- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance current risk management processes
- Provide direct support to T&S colleagues on significant risk topics
- Work across units to continually strengthen and standardise the risk management environment
- Contribute to the implementation of the overall quality and risk strategy, tools, and processes
- Adapt to changing priorities, working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Promote a culture focused on risk management
About you:
- At least three years of experience in non-financial risk management or an audit/compliance background, ideally within financial institutions
- Ability to deliver results independently, with strong collaboration skills
- Skill in building effective relationships across all levels of seniority, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and engage in healthy debate
- Ability to break down policies and frameworks into actionable, value-adding guidance
- Capable of defining risk management strategy through influence and collaboration across different geographies
- Demonstrated ability to support and ensure an effective operational risk framework
- Upper-Intermediate English skills
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
