Job Description
As part of Danske Bank's Third Party Risk Management organisation, the TPRM Risk Analytics & Supplier Assurance unit plays an essential role. We are expanding our recently established team that maintains and develops the third party risk rating model, and manages the bank's portfolio of third parties. We invite you to collaborate with our risk specialists in our dual mandate, which involves risk control and the timely onboarding of third parties. Our team is global, with colleagues in Lithuania and Denmark.
Joining us in these early stages offers a significant opportunity to contribute to Danske Bank's third party risk management framework and shape your future tasks. We provide a flexible hybrid work setting.
You will:
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control on the third party risk management process and individual third parties
- Perform control testing in accordance with the COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Develop and maintain instructions and operating procedures for third party risk management and control testing
- Keep track of internal and external requirements for third party risk management and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve alignment
- Create reports and other business information as required.
- Assist with data analysis activities and ensure findings are accurately captured
- Document, develop and maintain the third party risk rating model in collaboration with the data analyst
- Represent our team across the organisation
About you:
- Quality Management: Experience with quality management or audits (ISO9001 or COSO)
- Information Management: Strong skills in organising and communicating complex information
- Communication: Great communication and solid negotiation and influencing skills
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively collaborate across various business units to achieve team goals
- Proficiency in Excel
- Soft Skills: Demonstrated responsibility in tasks, diplomacy in interactions, and curious approach to learning and problem-solving
- Advanced proficiency in English

We offer:
Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
