Celtra is searching for an intelligent, entrepreneurial adtech seller who understands digital advertising, channel partnerships, and digital media practitioners to develop revenue-producing relationships.

As an Agency Development Director for our Media team, you will champion Celtra’s industry-leading Ad Suite and Dynamic Creative platforms, grow your career, and make significant earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Media Agencies and managed service providers to deliver strategic value messaging, drive sales process to close by connecting decision-makers, and build long-term business relationships into enterprise deals.
  • Consult Media Agencies and managed service providers on how Celtra’s Solution will enhance their creative efforts and impact through quality, scale, and campaign ROI.
  • Institutionalize Celtra’s Solution as part of the customers’ creative development, campaign delivery, digital advertising success, and overall revenue generating strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our eco-system and be a mobile advertising evangelist for Celtra and HTML5 advertising. Champion the needs of your prospects and collaborate with all Celtra departments to achieve sales.
  • Report on pipeline development and sales progress via Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • 8 - 15 years of successful full-cycle SaaS or Adtech sales experience with consistent overachievement.
  • 6 - 10 years of involvement in sales processes that include discovery and pre-sales/solution demos.
  • Able to roll up sleeves, do things an intern or SDR might do, and lead a C-Suite presentation later in the same day.
  • The ability to listen and probe for product requirements and describe these requirements in a language that engineers and business leads understand.
  • Digital media mentality -- able to put yourself in the client's shoes and imagine how effective media monetization will move clients to take action.
  • Experience successfully selling enterprise technology solutions. Marketing and/or advertising technology is a plus.
  • Established publisher and channel partner relationships and robust network of contacts in the digital ad industry a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable building and leading presentations/demos.
  • Unflappable personality with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
  • Must be comfortable calling on all levels of an organization.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems. 

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 - dependent on seniority and applicable experience
