Then, the Human Resources Traineeship is for you! Human Resources Traineeship is opportunity to join our best-in-class HR organization for 12 months to work on projects with real impact on the direction of the business. Our Trainees are considered the best pipeline of talent for our permanent positions which means you may get full time job offer from P&G for managerial role upon successful completion of traineeship.

Please note that the start date is during Jan/Feb/March 2024.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A HR TRAINEE IN P&G?

Your assignment will include the responsibility of leading organizational strategy in step with our business leaders. Your role will be helping the organization through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements for a specific business need. We try to fit your interests and skills to projects that will allow you to use your strengths and so that you can continue to grow and develop. With us you will:

  • Work with HR Business Partners on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning & development, and employee communication
  • Support talent acquisition team in recruitment strategy creation & campus activities
  • Run independently truly meaningful HR projects, cooperating with business partners 
  • Develop yourself via leadership, feedbacks, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FOR US IF YOU:

  • Are a student of final years of studies (BA/MA) or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of all faculties with interest in Human Resources
  • Are available to work min 32 hours/week
  • Can communicate proficiently in English and Czech or Slovak (written and spoken)
  • Have strong leadership and strategic analysis thinking skills
  • Have excellent collaboration skills and ability work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Have time management skills to deliver your work and make even the biggest goals achievable
  • You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct
  • No experience is required, however initial HR experience gathered via i.e., work in student organizations, internships/or strong interest in the area is an advantage
