Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the customer journey and strengthen customer relationships.

What will you do: 

  • Manage accounts to support post-sales processes
  • Oversee your accounts for trends and health 
  • Value-based account management – make sure our customers enjoy top features. 
  • Address all product-related queries on time
  • Educate customers to use products effectively
  • Provide Product/R&D with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Analyze customers’ needs and build mitigation plans with added features to meet their requirements
  • Establish best practices

Requirements

  • Solid technical background with experience in cybersecurity
  • Data-driven with high analytical skills
  • With cybersecurity startup experience – a huge advantage. 
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager/Sales Engineer/Product Manager (outbound)/Project Manager - 3+ years of experience
  • International experience with security vendors
  • An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in English
