This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

• Support mass production, SOP, New project and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output
• Introduce new technique with special process knowledge
• Develop and release new process together with local suppliers in Asia Pacific region
• Capability measurement (Measurement & Test process, Machine, Production)
• Review and revise for correction P-FMEA, Control plan with Eng. Staff, Error proofing development
• Preparation of production documents and working standard
• Cooperate with cross functional team, Quality activities of Manufacturing and Safety Activities (e.g. , FMEA line walk , 4M change management, 5S and 14Q)
• MAE,Tooling,Parameters and document preparation for new model until SOP
• Support 8D activity and Customer request by using Product-service system (PSS)
• Support new model set up until SOP
• Support audit from internal and External ITAF16949, ISO 14001 and Safety Audit

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or related field

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 year experience in Automotive Manufacturing
• Good command in English
• Experience with automation line in Assembly process, Setting, Press-in, Leak test process, or Welding process
• Experience with multinational company would be an advantage
• Experience with new set-up line
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
