About the Role:

As a Senior Technical QA Engineer in SXP, you will be responsible for the release of SXP products, including designing automated tests to validate system level functionality of the product, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure we deliver of highest quality and release to relevant distribution channels. We value continuous improvement and are incorporating DevOps best practices. We are working with modern container and cloud technologies, maintaining our legacy systems, while shaping the development landscape of the future.

What You’ll Do: 

• Understand business requirements and design, develop and optimize automated test cases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including enabling and conducting test activities.
• Monitor, support, configure and optimize platform pipelines, platform build scripts and tools.
• Drive root cause analysis of the platform and potential build issues. 
• Report status, risk items and timeline impact to relevant stakeholders

What You Need to Succeed: 

• Advanced experience with automation testing and CI/CD practices. 
• Working experience with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell
• Working experience with programming languages, preferably C# 
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, QA and release processes 
• Experience working with container technologies, Azure Cloud services, Git

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 

• Experience with dependency management
• Experience in .Net domain including PowerShell. 
• An outside-the-box thinker with strong critical thinking
