SoundOn is a platform powered by TikTok to help new and independent music creators distribute their music globally.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, plan and execute marketing campaigns for new releases including influencer marketing, content programming and digital marketing, with the objective of creating TikTok Viral and DSP charting tracks;
  • Work with the artist partnership team, develop reports and lead presentations to demonstrate promotion results to clients periodically to reinforce artist relationships and improve client retention;
  • Analyze results of music marketing campaigns, continuously improve cost-efficiency, contribution and maximize income;
  • Manage influencer marketing resources in TikTok, responsible for increasing creator active rate, improving cost-efficiency and marketshare contribution of said resources;
  • Set qualitative and quantitative targets for music promotion campaigns according to business and promotion objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of music marketing experience in the music industry with focus on influencer marketing on social media, from label, distributor or media agency background. Client-facing experience is preferred;
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, SQL is preferred;
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects effectively at the same time;
  • Extensive knowledge of music and content in Spanish-speaking Latin America, up to date with the latest social media and music trends and is able to incorporate them in marketing campaigns;
  • Proficiency in English communication
