  • The Membership Services Representative will assist the Membership Coordinator with all aspects of membership sales and enrollment.
  • Responsible for marketing, member promotions, sign-up procedures, and all day-to-day operations of the Membership Services Office.
  • Responsible for consistently providing high levels of quality customer service to all members and guests.

Requirements

  • 1 year of sales, customer service, or marketing related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Heath, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • CPR and AED certification required or obtained during orientation period.
