Job Description

1. Preventive Quality assurance and coordination

• Overall quality planning & coordination for new release, transfer and parallel production project
• Define the quality activities of PQM in different sample phase
• Safe launch planning and implementation
• QCC monthly tracking and reporting

2. Quality assurance of series production

• Involvement of regular quality planning by FMEA, CP, and ECR process etc.
• Conduct process and product change release
• Involvement of nonconformity handling
• Support regular process audit in WF

3. Internal and external Q problem handling

• Lead internal and external(0km, field) Q-problem handling
• Issue 4Q chart to relevant Dep. and management level
• Coordinate the containment actions’ definition and implementation to safeguard our customers
• Closely tracking the status of further root cause analysis and corrective actions’ set-up
• Coach the 8D team for systematical problem solving via 8D review 

4. CKD parts quality management handling

• PPAP release of new CKD type
• Claim management (issue 4Q, containment actions’ definition, 8D follow-up…)
• Define failure catalog for CKD part
• Involvement of CKD ECR/concession/Q-alert process

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or Electrical engineering or alike
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
• Good English communication skill
