About Your Mission 

As a Civil Construction Engineer in Energy Infrastructure and Construction, you will take on diverse tasks in national construction and infrastructure projects: 

• Acting as the client representative to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You bring your existing expertise to the table and help the project team develop professionally and conceptually while taking on the organization and management of the project cycle from planning to implementation. 
• You work within an agile project management team across all phases of projects and sub-projects. You assume technical, financial, and organizational project leadership, ensuring the project's results. 
• Support time, document, and quality management through your work and, ensure project success by taking a holistic view across different areas. 
• Have a comprehensive understanding of construction and the project, thereby supporting change and claim management in projects. 

What You Need to Succeed 

• Completed degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction projects & PMO.
• Proficiency in negotiating in both German and English.
• This role requires periodic travel, approximately 20% of the time.
• Initial professional experience in project management for construction projects, with a focus on civil engineering.
• Preferably experience in energy infrastructure construction, fiber optic expansion, or pipeline construction.
• EU citizenship required.
