Responsibilities:

Lead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers' business, functional, and technological requirements.

Deliver solutions for the Salesforce Cloud Platforms to meet business requirements.

Contribute to every phase of the project lifecycle, including ramp-up, build, testing, deployment, and support.

Collaborate with members of the pre-sale team to understand customers' requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations.

Assist the team members with Salesforce best practices, consulting, and configuration.

Enable and Execute Marketing Automation

Integrate and maintain SFDC and SFMC using Marketing Cloud Connector, REST API, for real-time data exchange and for triggering email activity in ExactTarget using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, etc.

Test Marketing Automation with dynamic content and multiple user paths.

Design, optimize, and execute campaigns using A/B Testing, throttled sending, etc.

Marketing Campaign Personalisation

Build and execute email marketing campaigns using Content Builder.

Personalize email content for customized customer experience (i.e. Dynamic Content, Advance Dynamic Content, AMPscript, etc.)

Leverage AMPscript for dynamic content to include information from data extensions in emails and to update data extensions with information from Cloud Pages landing pages.

Email Tracking and Reporting

Solid understanding of Marketing Cloud email tracking and reporting capabilities (link tagging, impression regions, etc.)

Manage dashboards and leverage analytics to optimize campaign results using ExactTarget reporting and Google Analytics.

Understanding of how to create Salesforce reports and dashboards using email send and triggered send data in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud is a plus.

Ideal Candidate has: 

1-3 years of experience working with any Salesforce Cloud tools. 

Designed, develop and delivered Marketing Automation solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Platform, including email, Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, SMS, and push notification campaigns.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience executing marketing automation using SFMC Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Audience Builder, Contact Builder, and Automation Studio, AMPscript.

A Bachelor degree

The ability to engage with customers and to quickly help them

Experience in customer-facing discussions

Optional but a plus: 

Familiarity with server-side web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS, SOAP and REST API

Experience in data-specific roles: A minimum experience of two or three years of experience working with BI tools or any data-specific role with a sound knowledge of database management, data modeling, business intelligence, SQL querying, data warehousing, and online analytical processing

Required Soft skills:

Good understanding of data process design and data architecture/schema

Strong problem solver with a “can do approach.”

A team player with a passion for helping and supporting.

Analytical skills.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
