XM Cloud: 

Sitecore Experience Manager Cloud (XM Cloud) is a fully managed self-service deployment platform for developers and marketers to efficiently launch engaging omnichannel experiences in the Cloud using Sitecore’s headless CMS. 

About the Role: 

We’re looking for a DevOps engineer to join our talented cross-functional team and support our technical vision! You will drive innovation while working with the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools such as Docker, K8s, Helm, PowerShell and Azure services. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Maintain CI/CD pipeline to ensure the solution can be delivered frequently, consistently and reliably to staging and production environments 
• Actively support the critical releases to staging and production environments 
• Improve and optimize our pipelines following the best practices in collaboration with Sitecore architects 
• Maintain close collaboration and effective communication with team members and other stakeholders 
• Support, identify and manage resolution of technical issues in our application infrastructure 
• Continuously improve regular operations by automating procedures and optimizing processes

What You Need to Succeed: 

• Strong working experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling (pref. Teamcity, Github Actions) 
• Experience in containerized application development (Docker, K8s) 
• Good knowledge of Azure Cloud Services 
• Proficiency in writing scripts in a standard scripting language (pref. Powershell) 
• Good knowledge and understanding of backend programming languages (pref. C#) 

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 

• Configuring and maintaining system monitoring tools - e.g. New Relic, Prometheus 
• Good understanding of SQL databases 
• Good skills in root cause analysis and dependency management 
• Experience with working in an Agile setup
