Hilti’s Finance Graduate Development Program for Emiratis is a regional development program like no other, with real responsibility from day one. What does the role involve?

This program will run for the duration of 18-month, where you’ll quickly be exposed to multiple roles within Finance function, with opportunities to network with various key stakeholders and the management. It’s fast paced, enriching and can be intense, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you through this journey.

The program is split into 4 to 5 main stages of work (flexible):

• 3-6 months as Credit and Collection Analyst , you will get an overview of one the key functions of Finance and develop entrepreneurial skills by sound credit management
• 3-6 months as a General Ledger accountant , you will get exposure to the accounting function strengthening the fundamentals of bookkeeping
• 3-6 months as a Controller , you will get exposure to performance steering of a market organization
• 3 months as Audit and Compliance Coordinator, you will gain exposure to process compliance, associated risks and mitigation
• 2 months as Project manager (flexible) , you will be assigned on a strategic financial project which will enhance your project management skills

What you need is:

• You are an Emirati National with a UAE Family Book
• You’ve recently graduated, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2024, with a specialization in Finance or a related subject.
• You’ve spent at least three months, in a professional environment, like an internship, apprenticeship or work experience, or have just started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progress.
• You’re fluent in English
• You’re curious and committed, a flexible team player with good communication and social skills.
