The Role:
The Program Management team in the Clinical Development Office at Moderna is responsible for the management of the clinical-stage programs from IND to licensure. Moderna is seeking a motivated and energetic Associate Director, Program Management to help drive their program teams forward in the development of novel mRNA medicines within the Moderna Therapeutics Portfolio. The Therapeutics Area at Moderna is currently exploring mRNA medicines in Rare Diseases, Auto-Immune, Cardiovascular & Pulmonary disorders. The successful candidate will work in close coordination with the Program Leader and the cross-functional Program Team to enable the execution of the program strategy. The successful program manager will have program management experience across multiple phases of pre-clinical and clinical development, preferably in one or more of the focus areas for Moderna Therapeutics.
