IT Business Analyst - Finance Process Enablement
This is a fast-growing position in Johnson Control. It will be a very impressive working experience and makes you much more competitive than contemporaries. You will serve as the liaison between the finance customer community and the IT teams. You will assist your mentor to be responsible for capture AS-IS process and define solutions for the TO-BE process that ensures processes are enhanced in a sustainable and efficient manner. You will work closely with business units, subject matter experts and technical resources to identify business needs, define projects, develop requirements and manage the development effort to completion.
How you will do it
- Gather intelligence from finance representatives about their departmental needs
- Business analysis, requirements specification, and implementation of to-be processes
- Map current state and target state business process flows, including all critical data elements.
- Conduct usability and functional testing
- Participate in development of solution training material and execution of change management activities.
- Prepare use cases, business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements specification (SRS) documents and other functional documents.
What we look for
- School student in the area of computer science/ business information systems/software engineering or similar
- At least, work a four-day week
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Effective communication
- Willing to learn new technologies
- Proven programing skill on VBA or Python is a plus
- Knowledge of major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or Baan is a plus
- Willing to take challenge under high pressure environment
