The Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) organization powers the world's best customer experiences and revenue growth through innovative data, digital and marketing products, and solution! As part of EDDS Portfolio and Program Management team (EPPM), which is responsible for leading multi-year strategic programs that cut across multiple product teams as well as accelerating strategic alignment and planning across Enterprise Centers of Excellence (COE) and Technology to elevate transparency and drive business and customer outcomes! 

As Manager, Portfolio Management you will be responsible for managing the enterprise portfolio with a focus on the Account Management priorities across our digital experiences. You will work with partners across GCS, GCSG, Enterprise Platforms, Product Delivery and Technology teams to apply lean portfolio and systems thinking to strategy, investment funding, capacity, and agile operations. You will manage partner relationships by increasing transparency and predictability in capacity and delivery. You will partner with business stakeholders to define strategic priorities, metric-driven outcomes and customer experiences and partner effectively across the Membership Portfolio team to facilitate Iterative Portfolio Planning, roadmap development and establishing efficient communication and reporting channels. 

The ideal candidate for this role will be a resourceful communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment, operates cross- functionally, has a strong interest in process innovation and influences key partners into action – all while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor in the face of challenges. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate across EDDS and Enterprise Platforms to stand-up best in class operating models that optimize flow of product delivery 
  • Lead Portfolio Management activities across the Enterprise Digital Experiences focused on Account Management priorities 
  • Partner with the portfolio leads in Enterprise Platforms to co-manage portfolio planning and delivery across the ecosystem 
  • Partner with Channel & Platform teams to design and maintain robust portfolio-level roadmaps through proper sequencing and coordination and resolution of blockers/dependencies to ensure timely product delivery 
  • Create and deliver executive-level and partner communications for ongoing priorities, including status updates, roadmap, dependencies, pressure points and key decisions requiring alignment 
  • Demonstrate a willingness to continually learn and continuously implement frameworks and process improvements within a dynamic and highly matrixed environment 

Skills/Experience  

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience working across product management, product development and engineering teams 
  • Strong enterprise thinking and customer attitude with a track record of influencing others to embrace change 
  • Ability to balance holistic strategic critical thinking and program management, experience developing comprehensive strategies and then driving the key initiatives needed to deliver the impact of the strategy 
  • Very strong collaboration skills - ability to lead and build relationships cross-functionally to deliver on shared objectives 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Superb presentation building skills with ability to “tell a story” in a clear and concise way to various types of audiences 
  • Proven ability to lead and manage workstreams independently and juggle multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment 
  • Highly skilled in Agile product development methodologies and a mastery of enterprise collaboration tools 
  • History of dedication and proven ability to adjust to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity 
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • A dedicated team-player with a passion for innovation and a demonstrated ability to evolve in a changing environment 
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor in the face of challenges 

Requirements/Qualifications  

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time Graduate degree program
  • Students must have a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025

Salary Range: $48.08 to $86.61 hourly
