What you will do:

• Regularly update transactions and enter account entries;
• Communicate with customers via calls and emails;
• Process invoices, bills, and reports to ensure timely and accurate payments;
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records;
• Conduct regular checking to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in financial data;
• Provide administrative support to the finance team;
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance;
• Become a product expert and constantly grow.

Requirements:

• Fluent Chinese and English (both at least C1);
• Experience of working in a finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting entries;
• Strong technical accounting skills;
• Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP;
• Strong communication skills.

Will be a great plus:

• Experience with native speakers.
