About the role

The Associate Director of Enterprise Solution Sales(TH) is responsible for

Appier’s enterprise business in Thailand.

Task of the role

• Act as a team leader, leading an in country field sales team, responsible for overall

country(TH) signings quota and individual quota (Hybrid Player Coach Role)

• Able to evangelise and sell Appier’s enterprise solutions to prospective customers

independently, having solid ability to manage the entire deal process from prospecting,

qualification to negotiation and closure;

• Able to provide direction and guidance to junior team members on deal progression to

closure with established sales methodology(e.g. MEDDIC)

• Work Thailand’s CSM, Sales and Technical team to service and upsell into Appier

Thailand’s key accounts

• Build Appier’s market presence in Thailand business ecosystem including speaker in events
• Outstanding individual contributors looking to move to next level of career progression are

About you

• Crisp oral and written communications in English and Thai
• Self-motivated, able to adapt to an ambiguous, fast paced scale up environment.
• Track record in demonstrating resiliency and overcoming challenges.
• Minimum 7-10 years of software sales experience; ideally SaaS based offerings in

Analytics, DMP or Marketing systems

• Track record of meeting and exceeding quota as an individual contributor is a must
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to customer’s mid/senior

management as well as C-level executives
