The Commercial Excellence Team is part of the Customer Development Group (CDG). CDG is a Transversal organization within Air Liquide, working across geographies and business lines. It focuses on three main topics: 1. Customer Experience (Group Transformation); 2. Commercial Excellence (Sales Force Uplifting); 3. Strategic Accounts (Growth & Innovation booster)

CDG is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the development and implementation across the Group of best practices to interact with customers
  • Leading the management of the strategic and key customers in close interaction with the respective World Business Lines (WBL)
  • Create a step change in our Commercial/Sales expertise functions by deploying the Air Liquide Sales Academy

Leading or supporting direct operational actions with customers on specific topics, on an “as needed” basis, in good coordination with the WBLs, HUBs and General Management

Reporting to the Program Manager for the Strategic Accounts & Commercial Excellence, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Communication support with materials (articles, presentations, interesting facts) of online Commercial Excellence community and Google platform (google community environment and website). 
  • Strategic and key accounts reference documents depository follow up (google drive and website) 
  • Contribution to the development of the road-map and the implementation of other CDG initiatives.
  • Analyze databases for Learning Videos for Commercial population and share the results with relevant people 
  • Analyze databases and extract the information required for the CDG initiatives.
  • Identify initiatives and best practices developed by geographies and entities within the Group and by other companies outside the Group.
  • Preparing a content for weekly communication
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests (arranging a competition or game etc)

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on strategic initiatives at the heart of Air Liquide’s ambitions. It is also ideal to discover and get a deep understanding of the different Group’s entities and activities and to work with key Group commercial representatives.

  • Bac +4/5 – University, Engineering or Business School.
  • Language: English (additional languages or English native a plus)
  • Personal: 
  • Precision, punctuality and rigor in the work 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate in a complex environment and work with people of different mentalities. 
  • Customer oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of working in google environment

Location: HQ, 75 Quai d'Orsay 75007 Paris

Duration: 6 months starting January 2024

Remuneration: Depending on profile (between 1300€ & 1500€/month)
