Infobip in Jordan is looking for 2 interns to join our Global Customer Growth team.

As a Customer Growth Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our customer-centric strategies, gaining valuable experience working directly with customers and enhancing your skills in communication, negotiation, and business reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn how to build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned (Tier 2) clients to achieve overall customer health and growth.
  • Serve as a focal point for client when it comes to meeting client’s business and technical expectations (technical escalations, services/product adoption, communicate customer feedback and ideas to Product teams). Learn how to coordinate different teams.
  • Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business.
  • Learn how-to, and ensure client's account is properly set-up / collaborate with Platform Operations teams to arrange setup which enables client's activities based on agreed business scope (account creation and set-up, route management, sender registration, allowed content filtration setup and maintenance).
  • Analyze and forecast client's traffic, take immediate reactions to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP/revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Economy, Business and management, administration, or related discipline.
  • Strong interest in customer-facing jobs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Excel is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
