Essential Functions:

  1. Prepare Total Plant Budget to Corporate
  2. Report and Submit Total Plant Budget/Forecast to Corporate
  3. Cost Modeling for New Product/ Technology - LCM
  4. Other Cost of Goods Sold reporting and analysis
  5. Continuous Improvement projects & activities for the PRO Finance Department
  6. Plant CPU calculation and analysis
  7. Reporting Final Unit Budget/Forecast
  8. Headcount Budget /Forecast
  9. Support GTIG Global and Regional Organization for Capital and Spending Management
  10. Unit Capacity & Equipment Utilization $'s
  11. Manage Requisition Request
  12. Monthly & YTD Product Costing 
  13. Unit (BU & SU) KPI's Monitoring and Feedback
  14. Cost Modeling for Process Improvement
  15. Provide support to the Business Units
  16. GAAP and statutory compliance
  17. Lead AMO Region FP&A activities, including but not limited to Consolidation, Reporting, etc. 
  18. Other Tasks as required by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience:

  • Seven to ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment such as medical devices or pharmaceutical industry 
  • Financial planning experience 
  • Cost development and variance analysis 
  • Inventory valuation and cycle count program
  • Experience in Business Unit Structure Organization

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, major in Accounting.
