Team
You will be an important member of the commercial legal team that will ensure efficiency in legal processes.
You will be part of a collaborative team that is ready to partner in initiatives that influence all aspects of the business and willing to go the extra mile.
Role
- Draft, negotiate and/or review a variety of commercial agreements for the publishing, marketing, partnerships and gaming teams, including publishing agreements, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service agreements, and partnership deals.
- Contract management and legal operations: Coordinate incoming requests from the operational teams on the contract management platform and signature processes; ensure templates are kept up to date; handle KYC processes for new partners and service providers; produce reports to keep track of activity; ensure all signed documents are properly stored on the contract management platform
- Protection of assets: Coordinate IP registrations with external counsel; monitor and report copycats; send cease and desist letters.
Profile
- Previous experience at a law firm as an intern is a must
- Fluency in English and French required
- Pragmatic, problem solver, proactive, agile, fast executor, precise and rigorous
- Personality is key: Good sense of humor, positive energy, with a strong team spirit
Nice to have
- Fluency or proficiency in another language where Voodoo’s business is present
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
