Description

• Assists in ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance matters
  • Addresses request for copies of AXA PH corporate documents
  • Supports in the monitoring of timely submission of regulatory requirements
  • Assists in the monitoring of business unit’s compliance on regulatory reports submission in accordance to regulators reportorial requirements.
• Assist in Quality Assurance reviews
  • Assists in process understanding review procedures as part of compliance testing activities
  • Prepares high-quality working papers to document review objectives and proceduresd the regulatory
• Assist in administrative matters relative to Compliance Team
  • Provides proactive diary management, including setting up of meetings, appointments, reservation of meeting room/boardrooms and teleconference of Compliance team
  • Assists in coordinating travel arrangement and accommodation bookings in case of travel of Compliance members.
  • Manage the administrative matters relative but not limited to:
• requisition of office supplies
• company car reservation
• coordination of delivery/submission of office documents with messenger
• Assist in record keeping and retention of Compliance team:
  • Assists in ensuring that Compliance maintains and retains accurate department records
  • Assist in the implementation of measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of records and documentation
  • Receives and compiles documents and files from various business units, external counsel, courts, regulators, and other government agencies.
  • Ensures the saving of EDMs cascade to business unit to Compliance external sharepoint
  • Manage the compliance email in monitoring the query receive and make sure that it has been attended by Compliance towers; cascading of regulatory updates.
• Budget Management
  • Manages the Compliance department expenses, invoices, and request for payments, reimbursement, etc.
  • Coordination with external vendors

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administration, budget management
• Preferably with experience in auditing, quality assurance or equivalent
• A team-player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• College graduate of any business-related course
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Sharepoint, Excel, powerpoint)

Good communication skills, both written and verbal
