Compliance in Allianz Technology Group operates as a highly integrated function spanning over all local presences of Allianz Technology globally. Compliance closely collaborates with other second line of defence functions, in particular Risk Management and Legal.
You will
- Support of our colleagues in internal and external projects
- implement training for export controls
- implement internal controls for export controls and apply for export control licenses.
- local monitoring of compliance with export control requirements
- Development and supervision of own small projects
- Assisting with infrastructure
- Support in the privacy and security of internal digital information and systems
- Preparation and visualization of results
- Establishes and maintains a program of monitoring, measuring and evaluating tools performance, determines the cause of issues and coordinate resolution.
- Independent work with great learning potential
- Equal shaping and development of new ideas
Your skills
- Student (f/m/d) at a university studying computer science, business or media informatics or a comparable course of study
- Business fluent English, German skills are a plus
- Computer skills: MS Office (must), SharePoint, IT architecture, LAN/WAN Network skills, reporting and analytics, (nice-to-have)
- Strong team-work skills and intercultural experience
- Highest ethical standards and integrity
- You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
