about the team

The International Reporting Team provides reliable internal and external financial reporting for lululemon's growing operations. We work closely with our teams around the world to deliver accurate and reliable monthly, quarterly and annual financial results. We work cross-functionally with all of our finance team, different areas of the business and our external auditors to gain a broad understanding of all our international operations and the accounting and control implications

a day in the life 

  • Manage and coordinate the annual international statutory audits and financial preparation process
  • Analyze monthly international financial results and perform associated variance analysis
  • Complete international quarterly SOX review control
  • Review the accounting treatment for new business operations outside of North America
  • Ensure international finance teams based outside of Vancouver follow standard policies and procedures
  • Prepare annual international board reporting materials 
  • Ad-hoc international finance projects
  • Review accounting 

qualifications 

  • CPA designation, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of professional work experience, preferably related to financial reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Spreadsheet Server, Hyperion, Oracle eBS, Shareworks, and/or Wdesk an asset.
