Summary Statement

Get to know the Global IT department of an internationally operating company and gain insight into the daily business from the perspective of an IT employee. Your future colleagues will be located in Duderstadt, Berlin or all over Germany, so you can usually choose one of the workplaces - we always offer the possibility to work from home. 

If you send us an unsolicited application, we will contact you as soon as a position is available. We have an average of ten students working in our numerous Global IT teams, so we are regularly looking for reinforcements!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supporting the Global IT with strategic and conceptual issues
• Supporting the testing of new software features and documentation of test plans
• Supporting the mapping of the international IT landscape (applications, information, infrastructure)
• Creation and revision of workflow diagrams, process descriptions and user guides as well as data preparation and data maintenance and validation in the system
• Preparation of workshops, creation of presentations, texts and responsibility of small projects
• In addition, you will also be involved in day-to-day operations in various areas of Global IT and will therefore be in coordination with internal and external global project participants

Profile

• You are a student (Bachelor's or Master's degree) of a scientific, technical or economic course of study
• Previous experience in the IT field is advantageous, for example through a specialization in your studies or through internships/working student activities
• You are well acquainted with modern IT technologies and have already gained initial experience with agile methods
• Ideally, you are proficient in the common MS Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Teams or Excel
• Personally, you are characterized by your communication skills, reliability and careful way of working. In addition, you like to work independently and can quickly familiarize yourself with new IT applications
• You have a good command of English and very good written and spoken German
